| This building is supposedly only five years old, yet it is already in disrepair. The units were constructed with the flimsiest of materials... faux finishes, laminates, single pane windows. Doors have 2-inch gaps allowing sound and light to pass through all hours of the day & night. Management is non-existent, and lacks any sense of care or urgency when it comes to supporting the residents. Prices are way off base, even for a hot neighborhood. Do not buy or rent at 2020 Lofts. You will regret it!
