Building in a Beautiful Condition Close to parks. The Century Court condos is the conversion of a three-story, 14-unit apartment building into one, two and three-bedroom condominiums. Developed by Rolyn, sales by Senate Realty, renovation by Eichberg Construction. The attractive blond brick building was originally built in 1920, and sits between North Capitol St. and Lincoln Rd. where revitalization plans have long been discussed, but the lack of Metro in the area has hampered most of those plans, leaving the neighborhood with some nice historic architecture but very little retail or development. Real estate sales began in mid 2007 and finished in the summer of 2008.
