The property is served by two indoor garage parking space levels with 118 spaces, lobby level and parking level, which house a total of 5 storage rooms, 2 switch gear rooms, a compactor room, a pump room and a main TV/Cable room. Two additional storage rooms and the building engineer’s office are located in the parking level elevator lobby. Main entrance to the building, Lobby, Fire control room, Management office, party room and mail area are located in the lobby level. Potomac Ridge Management office is staffed Mon-Fri, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Front Gate is staffed 24 hours 7 days a week.
